-Our focus is preparing each week for the upcoming week of games/tournament. 

-We want to build them up after disappointing weekends and challenge all players to keep making improvements after good ones.

-Daily, we will have Mobility and warm ups, arm care, hitting drills, bull pens, video breakdowns, and this year more of the mental approach to help each athlete gain their edge.

Group Training Sessions

Come join us on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 12:30p and 2p for 90 minute group training sessions.


Join us at 9am or 10am for 60 minute sessions on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
